Register for Trek 2026

Registration for the 2026 Youth Trek needs to be completed by March 1

ALL Youth and Adult Leaders:

1. Fill out and turn in this permission form to your ward trek representative

• Permission/Medical Release Form

2. Complete the Food and Medical Form

• Food and Medical Form

Youth Only:

3. Submit $25 payment through a donation slip either online or paper copy

• Making a Trek Payment

Adults Only

4. Complete the Youth Protection training if you are not current

• (it needs to be completed every 3 years)

If I don’t register by the March 1st deadline, will my youth still be able to attend?

Your youth will be able to attend if they turn these things in late. However, youth will be meeting their Trek Families in March and doing activities with their Trek families in the months prior to leaving on Trek. Youth who haven’t signed up will miss out on these things. Also, planning and budgeting for 250+ youth and coordinating Ma’s and Pa’s and youth into Trek Families will go more smoothly with parents help to solidify plans by March 1st.
